As I mentioned yesterday, we only had women in our wedding. Chris' sisters, in front below - Shannon and Collette, and my cousins, Candice (shown behind me) and Katie (was sick on our wedding day, so she couldn't attend). Chris doesn't have any close "man friends" and he really wanted his sisters to be in the wedding, so we decided to have them stand up for him. I grew up with my cousins (who are sisters) and we were always really close, so since they were like sisters to me, I knew I wanted them standing up for me.
We were lucky enough to have this beautiful scenery just across the bridge. So glad my dad cleared it out before the wedding. It was all a wooded mess prior to the wedding.
Due to the beautiful wooded surroundings, it was the perfect inspiration for our wedding colors -- brown, green, and blue. I wanted colors that would compliment our wedding location and I think it all turned out perfectly.
